We are looking for either a Qualified Dental Nurse or an enthusiastic Trainee Dental Nurse who wishes to build a long-term career with our practice and become a valued member of our team.

About the Role
The successful candidate will play an important role in supporting our dentists, therapists and hygienists while helping to provide an outstanding patient experience.
You will assist during clinical procedures, maintain the highest standards of infection prevention, ensure surgeries are well organised and support the smooth day-to-day running of the practice.

Key Responsibilities
· Assist dentists, therapists and hygienists during dental procedures.
· Prepare treatment rooms, instruments and dental materials.
· Maintain the highest standards of decontamination and infection prevention in accordance with current guidance.
· Ensure surgeries remain clean, organised and fully stocked.
· Prepare patients for treatment and help ensure their comfort throughout their visit.
· Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation.
· Provide patients with oral hygiene and preventive care advice as directed by clinicians.
· Undertake reception duties when required, including welcoming patients, booking appointments and processing payments.
· Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide an efficient, caring and professional service.
· Support the practice in maintaining excellent patient satisfaction and high standards of care.
Qualifications & Personal Attributes
We are looking for someone who has:
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· A genuine passion for patient care.
· Good IT skills and attention to detail.
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently in a busy environment.
· Previous experience in dentistry, healthcare or customer service is desirable but not essential for trainee applicants.
· A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop.
· Dependability, honesty, integrity and professionalism.
· The ability to work respectfully and collaboratively as part of a team.
