We offer wide and varied surgical specialties that include Maxillo Facial, ENT, General Surgery, Orthopaedic Trauma, Gynaecology, Obstetrics, Urology & Paediatrics, covering Elective and Emergency procedures in all of the afore mentioned specialities.
We are delighted to announce that we also have Robotic Assisted Surgical Technology training pathways for specific theatre specialities and its team members.
You should possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to work cohesively within the multidisciplinary team
Hours will be worked to meet the needs of the service which will include shift & weekend work and rotational nights as required, with flexibility to work over all sites in Fife, upon successful completion (Victoria Hospital) only. This position will include working within both theatre and recovery to meet the needs of the service.
There is a robust induction program which is supported by 3 Clinical Educator and part time Education Coordinator.

Please note this is a Trainee post, therefore Annex 21 applies* This position is covered by Annex 21 where the period of training lasts more than one year but less than two years, pay will be as follows:
more than one but less than two years prior to completion of training: 70 per cent of the pay band maximum of the qualified rate.
