Tyre Technician Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled wheel Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic and a passion for automotive care. As a Wheel Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of wheels for various vehicles, ensuring safety and performance standards are met.

Duties

Remove and install tyres on vehicles using appropriate tools and equipment.
Balance wheels to ensure smooth operation and prevent vibrations during driving.
Repair punctures and other tyre issues according to industry standards.
Keep the work area clean and organised, adhering to health and safety regulations.Qualifications
Previous experience as a tyre technician or in a similar automotive role is preferred but not essential.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate various tools and equipment safely.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A valid driving licence is advantageous.
Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to tyre maintenance and repair.
