PA to Business & Enterprise Department

Full Time (37 hours)

Are you an organised, proactive professional looking for a varied and rewarding role? We’re seeking a dynamic Personal Assistant to support our Business & Enterprise team, helping ensure the smooth, safe, and efficient running of our campus and facilities.

About the Role

You’ll provide high-level support to the Centre Manager and Heads of Estates, managing diaries, coordinating projects, supporting compliance, and acting as a key point of contact for staff, students, and external partners.

From preparing reports and managing contractors to supporting major campus projects and events, no two days will be the same!

Key Responsibilities

Manage diaries, meetings, and communications
Coordinate compliance records, contractors, and procurement
Support projects, audits, and inspections
Prepare reports, dashboards, and meeting documentation
Build strong relationships with staff, students, and stakeholders
Help deliver events and ensure clear, accessible communication

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a PA, EA, or senior admin role
Strong organisation, multitasking, and communication skills
Confidence handling sensitive information
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint)
A proactive, flexible, and team-focused approach

Experience in estates, education, or working with people with disabilities is a plus.
