Our client is expanding their Plymouth team and is looking for a Customer Sales Advisor to join them — someone who enjoys a busy, varied role where no two days are the same.

Whether you have previous experience or are exploring sales for the first time, full training and ongoing support will be provided to help you develop your confidence and capability.

Your Role as a Customer Sales Advisor
In this role, you’ll be representing well-known brands and engaging with customers face-to-face across a range of in-person settings such as retail pop-ups, trade events, and promotional stands. Your goal is to understand each customer’s needs, offer helpful guidance, and support them in making informed decisions about products or services.

You’ll learn how to deliver a polished pitch, build genuine rapport, and manage conversations that lead to long-term trust. This is the perfect environment to strengthen both your communication skills and your sales confidence.

Your Day-to-Day

Engaging with customers in person to promote products and services
Building rapport and creating positive, memorable interactions
Understanding customer needs and tailoring your recommendations
Working towards individual and team sales goals
Collecting customer feedback to support ongoing improvement
