Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Front of House Staff to join our vibrant team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join an expanding company, delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail to ensure our guests have a memorable experience.

Duties

Greet guests warmly and provide first-class customer service
Take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly, maintaining high standards of service
Handle cash and card transactions accurately, ensuring proper billing and payment procedures are followed
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations at all times
Support barista duties if required, preparing coffee and speciality drinks with attention to quality
Provide knowledgeable recommendations about menu items, including catering options when applicable
Collaborate effectively with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods

Qualifications

Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is highly desirable but not essential
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings and weekends as required
Applicants must be 17+

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
