Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Accounts Admin Assistant to join our finance team. This role provides essential support in managing financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring the accuracy of accounts. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career within the legal accounts sector, working in a collaborative and professional environment.

Specific Responsibilities

Your organisation skills and ability to work using your own initiative will aid with the following:

· Disbursements (HMLR, Thirdfort, Express)

· Printing cheques and dealing with incoming cheques

· Banking

· Deal with client account receipts

· PDQ

· Filing

· Closing files

Additional responsibilities

· Collect & deliver post to post office & distribute to teams.

· Keep working area & communal areas tidy & rubbish free.

Essential Criteria

You must:

· Be accurate and numerate.

· Have the ability to meet deadlines.

· Be able to work under pressure.

· Be flexible and hard working.

· Be IT literate with knowledge of excel.

· Be a quick learner.

· Have a strong work ethos.

Desirable Criteria

· Ideally the candidate should be willing to study for professional qualifications once trained.

Pay: £24,500.00-£25,800.00 per year
