Registered Nurse – Complex Care (Lincoln)

£38 per hour (Umbrella)
Weekday/Weekend/Days/Nights shifts available

At Harmony Healthcare, we believe exceptional care is delivered by exceptional people. We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Registered Nurse to support a young child in Lincoln. Your care will enable them to live safely, confidently and with dignity in their own home.

This is a meaningful role where you can genuinely see the impact of the support you provide.

About the Client

Our client is a young child who enjoys interacting and socialising with people. In between this, they also love to go to school, watching cartoons and swimming. They benefit from structured routines, reassurance and support both at home and in the community. A carer who is calm, patient and confident working independently will thrive in this role. As per the service user’s location, you will need to be able to drive to attend.

Clinical Requirements

You will support the client with the specific clinical tasks outlined in their care plan. These may include:

Previous Chronic
Lung Disease
Chronic respiratory difficulties
Recent ITU admissions
Gut mobility dysfunction
Intrathecal Baclofen Therapy Pump in situ
Jejunal feeding Medtronic DBS in situ
Previous UTI pyelonephritis right kidney.
Exposure Keratitis- under Ophthalmology
Ongoing skin integrity concerns.
Non-invasive Ventilation
Dystonia

Full specialist training and competency sign-off are provided by our Clinical Team, so you do not need to have every skill listed to apply.

Shifts Available

We offer consistent and predictable shifts to support your work–life balance and financial stability.

Mon - Fri: 09:00AM - 17:00PM

Mon - Sun: 21:00PM - 09:00AM

Sat - Sun: 08:00AM - 16:00PM

Weekend day shifts
Weekend night shifts
12-hour shifts or shorter calls
Driver requirement if applicable
Regular pattern (e.g., every Saturday and Sunday)

What the Role Involves

Delivering compassionate 1:1 care in the client’s home
Supporting with community access and social activities
Promoting independence and dignity in all tasks
Providing emotional reassurance and wellbeing support
Communicating effectively with the clinical, care and coordination teams

Your presence will help the client feel safe, supported and in control of their daily routine.

Experience supporting people with complex needs
Confidence with clinical tasks (or a willingness to train)
Strong communication and reliability
Empathy, emotional intelligence and person-centred values
Ability to work independently and professionally

All roles are subject to enhanced DBS checks, reference checks, Right to Work verification and full CQC/Schedule 3-compliant onboarding.

Referral Bonus

£150 for every Healthcare Assistant you refer
£250 for every Registered Nurse you refer

Paid once your referral completes 150 hours.
