We’re looking for a motivated and proactive Graduate Marketing Executive to join our Sales & Marketing team! This is a hybrid role with a split of work at our office in South Shields and possible travel to industry events across the UK.

Your Role:
As a Graduate Marketing Executive, you will play a central role in supporting our sales team with new customer acquisition, managing our CRM system and producing creative material to communicate the value of our products and solutions. This is a dynamic role that blends creative design input, administrative support and product marketing. The role will report into our Sales Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Create marketing materials for prospects to support lead generation and business development.
- Carry out proactive pre-sales outreach to existing and prospective customers, identifying opportunities to expand their use of our digital solutions portfolio, including scanning & digitisation, Hybrid Mail, and multichannel services.
- Support the sales team in growing customer accounts by generating and qualifying new leads for our scanning, Hybrid Mail, and multichannel solutions.
- Produce quotes, manage estimating activities, and create supporting documents for customer proposals.
- Develop, manage, and maintain a marketing communications calendar aligned with sales priorities.
- Support the ongoing management of HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate data for sales activities, supporting marketing campaigns and CRM activity.
- Support exhibition and conference planning, including pre-event marketing and post-event follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the Design Studio Team to produce creative assets, animations, and training materials.
- Assisting with other marketing-related activities, such as event coordination, updating website content, creating conference materials, and liaising with design teams.
Your Skills and Experience:
Essential:
- Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills for marketing and customer-facing materials.
- Marketing experience or interest, ideally with exposure to technical or digital products.
- Proficient in creating marketing content (brochures, presentations, social posts) and collaborating with design teams.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple products and projects.
- Ability to work independently while supporting the Sales team effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word), Adobe Creative suite and comfortable learning new platforms.
Desirable:
- Experience using marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot) and understanding of lead generation best practices.
- Some experience in pre-sales activities, such as customer outreach, lead qualification, or supporting account growth.
