20 hours per week (4 hours per day, Monday–Friday)

2-year fixed term | National Lottery–funded project

Salary: Salary: £15–£15.50 per hour (circa £29,000–£30,000 full-time equivalent) circa £15,600–£16,120 pro rata

We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our small, supportive team.

This is a fast-paced coordination role supporting therapy services for children and families across England. You will manage referrals from start to finish, matching therapists, coordinating logistics, and ensuring all cases are delivered within an 8-week deadline, with safer recruitment requirements completed and recorded.

This role suits someone who enjoys ownership, problem-solving and keeping multiple moving parts on track.

What you’ll be doing:

Coordinating referrals across England

Matching therapists to families based on location and need

Managing logistics, schedules and communications

Tracking progress against deadlines and KPIs

Maintaining accurate systems and spreadsheets

Communicating with therapists, families and partners

· This is a hub-based role, with responsibility for office and reception cover as part of your working day. You will welcome clients and ensure therapists have everything they need to deliver sessions effectively.

Experience in coordination, logistics or scheduling

Strong organisation and attention to detail

Confidence using Excel and digital systems

Clear, professional communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
