Full job description

PART-TIME SUPERVISOR – COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL CLEANING

Due to continued expansion, we are looking for a Supervisor to join our team. This role entails leading and working alongside your team to complete commercial and residential cleaning to a high standard. As a Keyholder, you will be responsible for opening and securing premises as needed.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a working cleaning position, you will be required to undertake cleaning duties alongside your team.

Hours:

Monday to Friday - Some weekend cover may be required
Various Hours

Duties & Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage cleaning staff across commercial and residential sites throughout the Norfolk area.
Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed.
Manage inventory and distribution to ensure equipment is ready and delivered where needed.
Conduct regular audits to uphold high cleaning standards.
Liaise with customers and contractors to ensure excellent service delivery.
Assist with training staff on the job.
Responsible for securing premises as a Key Holder.

Requirements:

Must be able to drive - this role involves travelling to various sites.
Previous cleaning experience is essential.
Experience in supervising cleaning teams is preferred.
Knowledge of relevant Health and Safety is advantageous.
