Mental Health Recovery Worker – Norwich & North Norfolk

Norwich (NR2) & Community-Based | £26,034.91 incl. RRA allowance

About the Role

As a Mental Health Recovery Worker, you will:

· Support adults (18+) with severe mental health needs

· Work across our supported living service in Norwich (NR2) and within the North Norfolk community

· Deliver person-centred, recovery-focused support

· Help individuals achieve their goals through tailored interventions

· Develop and review risk assessments, safety plans and recovery plans

· Empower people to build independence, choice and control

You will also be expected to work from our Bakery Court base office at least 2 days per week as part of our hybrid team approach.

· £24,968.26 basic salary

Essential Requirements

· Full UK driving licence

· Access to a vehicle for work (mileage paid)

· Willingness to work shifts – weekends and bank holidays on a rolling rota
