Sales Consultant – Job Description

We are seeking a passionate, charismatic, and skilled Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is crucial to upholding the long-standing, personal relationships we've built with our customers and their families over the past 139 years.

About the Role:

As a Sales Consultant, your enthusiasm for helping others and your love for the products we offer—jewellery and watches—will shine through every interaction. You’ll bring authenticity, energy, and product knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build lasting relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

· Maintain and strengthen strong, personal relationships with our valued customers.

· Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

· Represent our products, services, and company values with professionalism and enthusiasm.

· Accurately complete all sales-related documentation and service forms.

· Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring displays are attractive, clean and up to standard.

· Continuously build product and service knowledge.

· Perform minor repairs as needed.

· Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

· Collaborate and contribute effectively as part of a small, close-knit team.

· Support service-related administrative tasks.

What We’re Looking For:

· A genuine passion for jewellery, watches, customer service, and sales.

· Previous experience in a luxury retail or sales environment.

· Commitment to personal growth and training.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a confident IT skillset.

· Ability to absorb information quickly and adapt to change.

· Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, word processing, internet searches, and basic photo editing.

· A friendly, approachable, and charismatic personality.

· Willingness to perform some lifting as required.

· Comfortable with extended periods on your feet, including navigating stairs and multi-level shop floors.
