Full job description

About the Role

We are a high-end bespoke furniture manufacturer delivering premium residential projects. We are looking to recruit a Bench Joiner to join our workshop team, producing high-quality bespoke furniture and joinery.

This is a hands-on role for someone who takes real pride in their work and is used to working to a high standard of finish. We focus on quality and detail rather than volume production.

Key Responsibilities

* Manufacture bespoke furniture and joinery items from drawings

* Work with a range of materials including solid timber, veneers, and sheet materials

* Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timeframes

* Maintain a clean and organised workspace

* Work closely with the wider production team to meet project deadlines

Requirements

* Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a bench joiner

* Proven experience working on bespoke or high-end joinery

* Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

* Strong attention to detail and quality of finish

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

* Good understanding of workshop machinery and processes

Desirable

* Experience working on high-end residential projects

* Knowledge of different finishes and materials

* Experience working within a structured production environment
