Full job description

Nottingham City Centre | 37.5 hours/week (Mon–Fri)

We’re a small Chartered Surveyor firm based in Nottingham city centre looking for a proactive, organised individual with excellent communication skills to join our friendly admin team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in high standards of work, and thrives in a calm but focused environment.

We need a confident and capable administrator who is able to handle a variety of tasks as outlined below. The role will require the successful candidate to understand all company administration tasks so they are able to cover for other members of the team during spells of annual leave.

Key Responsibilities

Liaising over the telephone and via email with clients in a professional and courteous manner
Appointment booking and diary management
Managing a busy inbox efficiently and able to switch to and from tasks in order to quickly respond to priority work
Accurately prepare and format documents
Create and send invoices
Proofread and compile reports

What We’re Looking For:

Someone reliable, organised, and confident juggling multiple priorities
A reliable team player with a proactive and problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail
Experience of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe (preferred but not essential)
Ability to work to deadlines and maintain a high standard of work
