Location: OL1, OL8, OL9, OL2, OL4

Pay: £13.60 per hour plus 15p per mile fuel allowance

Shifts: Full-time and part-time positions available. Range of shifts between 7:00 am and 10:30 pm, including some on-call duties, care work, and weekend work.

Driver required: Yes - full UK licence and access to your own vehicle

Job Description

What you’ll do:

As a Senior Care Assistant, you’ll support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care across our community services, leading by example in the field and supporting both service users and care colleagues.

You’ll combine hands-on care with supervision and quality assurance, spending most of your time in the community with some office-based duties.

You’ll:

Support and review individual care packages, including needs and risk assessments
Work with Care Coordinators to support effective rota planning
Supervise, mentor, and support Care Assistants in the field
Shadow new starters and carry out observations and competency checks
Take part in multi-disciplinary reviews and complete accurate records

You’ll be a trusted senior presence, helping to maintain high standards of care and support team development.
