About ClearSettle Ltd

ClearSettle Ltd is a road freight and logistics company dedicated to the efficient and reliable movement of goods across the UK. As our operations continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Business Support Officer to provide essential administrative support across the business and help keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

Maintaining accurate records through data entry and filing systems, including freight documentation, delivery records, and driver logs
Assisting with scheduling collections, deliveries, appointments, and internal meetings
Handling incoming calls professionally, directing freight enquiries and customer queries to the appropriate teams
Preparing correspondence, reports, and operational documents using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Supporting financial processes including invoicing for freight services and expense tracking using QuickBooks or similar software
Performing general administrative duties including scanning, photocopying, and organising transport and compliance documentation
Liaising between the operations, logistics, and management teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow
Keeping the office environment tidy, organised, and running efficiently at all times

What We're Looking For

Previous office or administrative experience, ideally within a logistics, transport, or freight environment
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
Excellent typing accuracy and strong data entry skills
Clear and professional telephone manner
Ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly
A reliable, proactive approach to supporting a busy operational team

Pay: £41,700.00 per year
