Job Overview
We are hiring a dedicated Kitchen Porter to support our busy kitchen team in the FLAME Bar & Restaurant. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness, organisation, and smooth operation within the kitchen. The role involves working in a fast-paced setting, ensuring high standards of hygiene.

Main Duties

Washing, cleaning, and sanitising dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
Supporting the kitchen team during service periods by ensuring all areas are clean and well-stocked.
Maintaining cleanliness of work surfaces, walls, floors, storage areas, and emptying bins throughout shifts.
General cleaning of kitchen and all appliances, in addition to crockery, cutlery, pots & pans etc.
Assisting with organisation of supplies and stock rotation to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Keep the storeroom organised.

We are looking for candidates who are:

Flexable to work shifts including evenings and weekends.
Experienced in working in similar high quality restaurants is a preferred but not essential.
Able to work effectively as part of a team and follow tasks given by the head chef and management team.
Good organisational skills and a proactive attitude towards cleanliness and safety.
Passionate about their work with a desire to learn and work hard.

Pay: £11.00-£13.50 per hour
