Digger/Dozer Operator

This job is suitable for anyone living close to the towns of Penicuik, Peebles and Cleghorn.

This is a full-time role located at our Scottish Mosses site.

Main Duties

Operate a digger/dozer to move raw materials safely and efficiently.
Carry out pre-use checks on machinery and report any faults or damage to the manager promptly.
Follow all health and safety policies, procedures, and site regulations at all times.
Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by the manager.

Essential Criteria

Valid 360 excavator ticket.
Valid CSCS card for a 13-tonne excavator (above and below 10 tonnes, if applicable).
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Previous experience in a similar role.
Ability to understand and follow verbal instructions safely on site
