Recruiting for Office Admin - Order Processor/Credit Control

Ossett, Wakefield WF5 9NJ

This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the markets leading bed manufacturer that is expanding with great ambition. We are currently recruiting for a office admin - order processor/credit control to join our successful office team.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, trustworthy person with a positive attitude.

Main responsibilities:

Taking customer calls.

Processing customer orders onto our internal software system. 1-2-1 training is given.

Making sure customer does not exceed credit limit.

Display polite and professional communication via phone, email and face to face.

Provide clients with product information by answering questions on request.

Contribute to the team environment.

Assisting with administrative tasks.

Other ad hoc duties as required.

Required Attributes:

Previous office experience required.

Deep Sleep product knowledge training is given.

Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly.

Must have excellent standard of written and spoken English.

Have good attention to detail.

Typing skills to ensure quick and accurate data entry.

Computer literate.

Self- motivated with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.

Must be able to use computer – particularly Microsoft Office and Outlook

High levels of accuracy and attention to detail

Experience of dealing with customers on the telephone

Candidate must be organised, hardworking, enthusiastic and passionate about the job

Eager to learn

Good communication skills, polite and professional manner, ability to build rapport

Well organised

Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team

Desired Attributes:

Minimum GCSE level qualifications.

Experience of working in an office environment

What we offer:

£12.71 - £13.00 per hour dependent on skills and experience

Days of work Mon – Friday 09:00am – 05:00pm

On the job training for the ideal candidate

Sage 50 accounts training will be provided

Bed product knowledge training will be provided.
