Summary

Join Roann Ltd as an Accounts and Administration Apprentice in our vibrant team based in GB. This role is vital in supporting our financial operations and administrative functions, contributing to our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry and invoice processing.
Support accounts payable processes to ensure timely payments.
Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software Sage.
Help prepare financial reports and assist with reconciliations.
Provide administrative support to the team, including filing, correspondence, and scheduling.
Contribute to the smooth running of financial operations aligned with company policies.
Collaborate with team members to improve administrative workflows.
Uphold confidentiality and accuracy in all financial documentation.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and data entry skills.
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Proficiency with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
Good organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Excellent communication skills.
Enthusiasm for learning about financial processes and administration.
Previous experience or coursework related to finance or administration is a plus.
