Job Overview
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hairdresser to join our dynamic salon team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and have a flair for creating stylish, personalised looks. This role offers opportunities to utilise a diverse skill set, involving cutting, styling and colouring hair. The successful applicant will contribute to a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and inspired. All positions are paid, including internships, ensuring fair compensation for your expertise and dedication.

Responsibilities

Provide professional hairdressing services, including cutting, colouring, styling, and specialised treatments.
Offer barbering services with precision and attention to detail.
Deliver excellent customer service by understanding client needs and advising on suitable styles and products.
Manage front desk duties, including appointment scheduling, client consultations, and maintaining the salon’s organisational standards.
Upsell products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and maximise revenue.
Mentor junior team members and support store management in daily operations.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety within the salon environment.
Stay updated with the latest trends in hairdressing and beauty industries to provide innovative solutions.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Hairdresser with a strong portfolio of work.
Skills in store management, customer service, and front desk operations are highly desirable.
Certification or recognised training is necessary.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
Ability to mentor junior staff and contribute positively to team dynamics.
Organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently.
