We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Financial Planning Administrator to join our professional team. Duties

- Assist with the organisation and maintenance of client records using Intelligent Office
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to facilitate scheduling, follow-ups, and information dissemination.
- Support the financial advisors by managing administrative tasks such as appointment scheduling and document processing.
- Contribute to the development of organisational procedures to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and standards in all administrative activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in administrative roles within the financial services sector would be an advantage but full training is available to the right candidate
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with IT systems is essential.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of financial planning principles and customer service best practices is desirable.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and work independently when required.

Pay: £25,000.00-£32,500.00 per year
