"Contact, Contract, Manage, Repeat."
(And maybe a little bit of rave - because we are NIRVANA.)
Since 1999, NIRVANA has been the gold standard in sports travel, moving thousands of athletes, clubs and supporters to the world's biggest events. Behind every finish line is a mountain of paperwork—and a mountain of rooms, tickets and stock that need to actually go on sale. With over 200 events a year, we don't need someone who wants "every day to be different." We need a Procurement & Product Coordinator who loves the rhythm of the repeat, and wants a portfolio of events they can genuinely call their own.
What You'll Be Doing
Joining our Product and Revenue Team, you'll own a portfolio of events—from first contact and purchasing, through managing stock and sales, to handover to our Operations team.
Our events are already live and at every stage of their lifecycle, so we need someone who has had some experience of travel contracting or stock management, and won't be starting from zero. That said, you won't be thrown in at the deep end straight away: you'll start with a smaller share of the portfolio, working closely with our two Team Managers—one a procurement specialist, one a product specialist—who'll support your training and development as your portfolio grows.
- Contact: Liaise with global hotel and transport partners to initiate bookings for your portfolio.
- Contract: Negotiate the best possible rates and VIK opportunities, with guidance from your Team Managers, keeping every contract commercially sound and aligned with NIRVANA's standards.
- Manage: Own your events end-to-end—reconciling inventory across internal and partner systems, merchandising stock for sale, keeping listings and pricing accurate on our website, and keeping supplier accounts in sync, right through to handover.
- Repeat: Reset the dial and do it again. Event #2 or Event #200, same energy and precision.
Why You'll Love It
If a perfectly organised spreadsheet, a reconciled invoice, and a completed checklist give you genuine satisfaction, you've found your tribe. Full training is provided, and within a few months you'll be running your own slate of events end-to-end.
- Thrives on Consistency: You enjoy the "rinse and repeat" nature of high-volume procurement and stock management.
- Detail-Obsessed: You'd spot a pricing error in a 50-page contract, or a mistake in a stock listing, from a mile away.
- Tech-Savvy: A pro with Excel, Airtable and booking/inventory systems—SharePoint Online and WordPress are a bonus.
- Stays Calm: Our calendar is fast-paced, but you keep the tempo steady.
Your Track Record
- Digital Stock Procurement Background: You've bought and managed digital stock or inventory before—ideally in travel (hotels, flights, tickets, event stock). This is a travel/product procurement role, not shipping or logistics, so that background alone won't be the right fit.
- Product Experience: Any exposure to merchandising, loading stock for sale, or managing live inventory is a strong plus.
- Accuracy: A proven track record of high-volume, high-accuracy data entry and reporting—this is essential given the volume of data across multiple systems.
- Communication: You build strong relationships with partners while holding them to their contracted terms, and take pride in delivering a first-class experience to anyone you deal with, internal or external.
The Perks: What's in it for You?
