Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile Property Caretaker to oversee the maintenance and general upkeep of one of our properties.. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, ensuring properties are well-maintained, safe, and functional. The successful applicant will demonstrate leadership qualities, technical proficiency, and a proactive approach to property management.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of property facilities to ensure safety and functionality.
Supervise contractors, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to standard.
Oversee general cleaning, landscaping, and minor construction projects as required.
Provide excellent customer service to tenants or clients, addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements
Strong background in property maintenance .
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
Customer service skills to handle tenant or client interactions courteously and efficiently.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of work quality. This role is suitable for a motivated individual.

Pay: £13.00-£15.00 per hour
