Book My Course is an ever-expanding online business that has become the most popular website for locating and booking training courses in the UK. The position of Training Coordinator provides an exciting opportunity to be part of the team at Book My Course and the successful candidate will be responsible for co-ordinating activities between our website customers and training providers.
Responsibilities
- Managing training enquiries and booking requests from clients.
- Responding professionally and within agreed timescales to process all enquiries and booking requests received through our website, by telephone. email or any other tool, as required.
- Offering advice and guidance on our training portfolio and related industry certification schemes.
- Gathering information regarding client requirements and sourcing relevant training courses based on the requirements provided.
- Selling the solution to the customer and establishing potential future needs.
- Ensuring that customer satisfaction results in repeat and expansion business.
- Meet and surpass any relevant role related SLA targets and KPIs, as required.
- Liaising with training providers.
- Providing re-scheduling and cancellation support.
- Pro-active development of key accounts.
- Updating details on the website.
- Processing dedicated enquiries.
- After sales support.
- Any other relevant duties/tasks as required.
The Person:
- Previous experience in providing excellent customer service and working in a general sales role is preferable but not essential, as full training will be given.
- Knowledge or experience of the construction and/or training/education sector would be beneficial, but is not essential.
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in written communications.
- Ability to deliver in a highly targeted sales role.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Must be a team player and have the ability to work well with fellow colleagues
- Ability to develop effective working relationships with colleagues at all levels
- Excellent customer service and people skills, with a hands on and customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated and able to work on their own initiative, but can also take instruction
Hours: 8.30 am – 5.30pm Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am – 5.00pm Friday (30minute unpaid lunch)
