Due to continued growth, we are looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Property Auction Valuer to join our team.
The Role
This is a unique opportunity for a property professional who understands both the residential property market and the investment market.
The majority of valuations will be conducted remotely via telephone, video call, desktop research, and market analysis. Physical property inspections and face-to-face appointments will be carried out where required, particularly for higher-value, complex, or specialist assets.
You will be responsible for assessing properties, advising sellers on the auction process, determining suitable pricing strategies, and converting valuation opportunities into auction instructions.
This is a highly sales-focused role with excellent earning potential through an uncapped commission structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct desktop property valuations using market data, comparable evidence, and property research tools.
- Carry out telephone and video valuations with prospective clients.
- Attend in-person property inspections where necessary.
- Advise sellers on the most suitable auction strategy for their circumstances.
- Recommend guide prices, reserve prices, and marketing approaches.
- Explain the auction process, timescales, fees, and benefits to clients.
- Negotiate and secure signed auction instructions.
- Follow up valuation opportunities and manage a sales pipeline.
- Build relationships with estate agents, solicitors, investors, landlords, probate professionals, and other introducers.
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM system.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new instructions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly valuation and instruction targets.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Confident conducting valuations both remotely and in person.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
