Content Marketing Executive
About the Role
Warrendale Wagyu is looking for a dynamic and highly organised Marketing Executive to support and execute marketing activity across multiple business verticals that make up the largest integrated Wagyu supply chain in Europe. This includes the farming side, the retail and wholesale side, as well as D2C.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, growing business environment and enjoys balancing creativity with execution. You will take ownership of social media and email marketing communications while contributing to wider marketing strategy, campaigns, and brand development. You will also understand how everything you do has a positive impact on the organisational objectives.
We are looking for someone with energy, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to adapt quickly as the business evolves.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Communications
- Own and execute day-to-day social media activity across all relevant brands and channels
- Plan, schedule, publish, and monitor content across social platforms
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including campaign creation, scheduling, segmentation, and reporting
- Support the development and delivery of marketing and communications strategies
- Coordinate campaigns across D2C, B2B and retail channels
- Ensure consistent tone of voice and brand presentation across all communications
Influencer & Brand Ambassador Management
- Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with brand ambassadors and influencers
- Coordinate ambassador campaigns and content collaborations across social channels
- Build long-term relationships that strengthen brand awareness and engagement
- Track ambassador activity and campaign performance to maximise ROI
- Ensure ambassadors align with brand values, tone of voice, and commercial objectives
Content Creation
- Create engaging marketing content across digital platforms
- Write and edit copy for:
- Social media posts
- Email campaigns
- Product campaigns
Create and manage briefs for content such as:
- Blogs and written content
- Case studies
- Work with internal teams and external agencies to develop creative assets
- Maintain high standards of visual presentation and brand consistency
Campaign & Project Coordination
- Coordinate multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously
- Work collaboratively across teams to deliver marketing initiatives on time
- Support retail marketing activity and promotional campaigns
- Help develop and improve marketing processes as the business scales
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing or marcomms role
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and email marketing
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work at pace and manage changing priorities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable with reporting against KPIs
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Able to balance creativity with process and execution
Technical Skills
A solid working knowledge of:
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Social media scheduling platforms
- Email marketing tools
- CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, or Trello
Desirable Experience
- Strong copywriting ability with excellent English language skills
- Experience within food, farming, agriculture, or FMCG sectors
- A strong eye for design and visual branding
- Creative experience (design, photography, videography)
- Experience managing influencer or ambassador relationships
- If no previous food or farming experience, a willingness to learn quickly and immerse yourself in the sector

Location: Whilst we would welcome an office-based person, we would also consider hybrid working, providing a candidate can commit to being in the office an agreed amount of time per week and/or for key in-person meetings.

Pay: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
