Are you organised, proactive and excited by the opportunity to work on international programmes?

We’re looking for an International Projects Officer to support the coordination and delivery of international projects, short courses and student programmes. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring high-quality experiences for international learners while supporting admissions and operational activity across the International Office.

What you’ll do:

Coordinate international programmes, short courses and group visits
Organise logistics including accommodation, transport and activities
Support international admissions and maintain accurate records
Work with curriculum teams and partners to deliver high-quality programmes
Support student arrivals, inductions and overall learner experience

About you:

Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
Experience in administration, coordination or project support
Able to manage multiple priorities and work flexibly
Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused
