Full job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Lead Generator to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients through targeted outreach, primarily via telemarketing and B2B sales strategies. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your sales skills within a professional environment. The Lead Generator will play a vital role in driving business growth by establishing strong initial contacts and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel.

The role will provide flexible working days & hours. Perfect to fit around school runs or other responsibilities.

There will also be the option to work from home once you are confident in the role.

Duties

Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospective clients, focusing on B2B sales opportunities.
Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria and pass them to the sales team for further engagement.

Requirements

Experience in B2B sales or telemarketing.
Strong communication skills
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to reaching targets and generating leads.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude, resilience, and a keen interest in developing career skills within sales.
