Full job description

Insync Insurance, part of Brown & Brown UK, are one of the UK’s fastest growing insurance providers, offering comprehensive cover for SME’s & the self-employed across the UK.

As part of their ongoing commitment to looking after their clients and team they are looking to appoint a Customer Service Advisor, to help ensure that clients receive the excellent service levels they are used to.

The team will also assist in your career development over the next few years by providing further training, development and the opportunity to look after clients on an end to end basis.

The day to day:

You will be responsible for supporting our clients throughout their insurance journey from initial enquiry to ongoing policy management.
You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, as well as email enquiries, this includes guiding them through cover options, processing payments, and policy adjustment.
The successful candidate will need to be confident, outgoing, and proactive with a natural ability to build rapport, stay organised, and deliver a consistently high standard of customer service.
Working in a compliant and timely manner on all cases.
