Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive finance assistant to support our finance team with day-to-day operations. This is a varied role with opportunities for growth and development, and a hybrid working environment with some remote working.
What You Will Work On
Here, you'll outline the primary responsibilities and tasks associated with the role. Provide a comprehensive overview of the job functions, projects, and duties that the candidate will be responsible for. This helps candidates understand the scope of the role and what they can expect in terms of daily activities.
The successful candidate will help ensure smooth day-to-day finance operations, support billing reconciliation and audit processes, and assist with client communications related to financial matters.

Accounts Receivable Support:

Reconcile and audit billing files for accuracy and completeness.
Assist with monitoring outstanding balances and payment statuses.
Handle professional client communications regarding account queries, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.

Accounts Payable:

Processing supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
Ensuring that invoices are paid on time and assisting with payment run preparation.
Processing and reviewing employee expense submissions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policy.
Communicating with vendors and liaising with internal teams across the business to resolve invoice and payment queries and/or discrepancies.

General Finance Support:

Assisting with month-end close activities.
Providing support during our yearly audit by gathering documentation and answering inquiries.
Assisting with any other ad hoc tasks that may be required.

Who You Will Work With
You will work closely with our operations teams to ensure that billing files are reconciled accurately and supplier invoices are correct. You will also work closely with other members of the finance team, assisting with ad hoc duties as required.
What You Will Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required
We are looking for someone who has strong communication and organizational skills, a high level of attention to detail, and a positive and adaptable personality
You must have worked in an office-based role previously
We require someone who has strong communication skills - Effective communication in this role is necessary for interacting with clients, customers, and internal stakeholders. This position will be interacting with people in several different countries and time zones, where English may not be people’s first language
It is an advantage, but not necessary if you have worked in finance previously
It is an advantage, but not necessary if you have used Salesforce and SAP Concur previously
As a global company, business proficiency in Spanish, German or French would be an advantage, but this is not necessary
