Full job description

Trainee Service Engineer – Coastal Leisure Services

Due to continued expansion, Coastal Leisure Services are seeking an additional team member to support our operations across our site locations and arcades.

We are looking for a motivated and reliable individual who can work independently as well as part of a team. While previous experience in the gaming machine industry is desirable, full training will be given to the correct candidate.

Requirements:

A full UK driving licence (essential)
Self-motivation and the ability to work unsupervised
Excellent problem-solving skills
Experience in the gaming machine industry (preferred, but this isn’t a deal breaker.)

Equipment you will work with includes:

Digital and analogue gaming machines
Pool tables
Digital jukeboxes
Lottery ticket machines

Main Responsibilities:

Servicing, maintaining and repairing equipment to a high standard
Ensuring minimal downtime for customers’ equipment
Attending customer premises (pubs, clubs, arcades and other venues)
Responding to service calls promptly and professionally

Hours:

Thursday - 5pm - 10pm
Friday - 5pm - 10pm
Saturday - 2pm - 10pm
Sunday - 5pm - 10pm
