About Us

At Zuko Sports, we deliver fun, energetic, and inclusive sports holiday camps for children during school breaks. Our mission is to create a safe and positive environment where young people can stay active, build confidence, and enjoy a memorable holiday experience through sport and teamwork.

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Summer Holiday Camp Coaches to join our team and help deliver engaging sessions for children aged 5-13 year olds.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and assist with a variety of sports, games, and physical activities
Create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment for all children
Encourage participation, teamwork, and positive behaviour
Supervise groups throughout the day, including breaks and transitions
Set up and pack away sports equipment and activity areas
Follow safeguarding, health & safety, and company procedures at all times
Communicate professionally with parents, guardians, and fellow staff
Support children of varying abilities and confidence levels

Requirements

Experience working with children in coaching, teaching, childcare, or camp settings
Passion for sport, physical activity, and youth development
Energetic, positive, and approachable personality
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to lead activities confidently and manage groups effectively
First Aid qualification (preferred but not essential)
Relevant coaching qualification (Level 1/2 or equivalent preferred)
Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one

We will be looking at delivering the first 4 weeks of the Summer Holidays across TWO venues in Portsmouth. The venues are both within 5 minutes of each other which are KA College Park School and KA Northern Parade School. A typical days work will be 09:00 until 15:00pm
