Train to be Water Babies Baby & Pre School Swim Teacher - our teachers are trained to the highest possible standard through or National Governing Body, Swim England. Only Water Babies Teachers are able to achieve the Level 3 Teaching Pre School Swimming ( Advanced).

Your Role:

Have you ever seen the face of a child who just accomplished something for the first time? It’s worth its weight in gold. As a Water Babies teacher, you aren't just an instructor—you’re a mentor, a cheerleader, and a lifesaver. You’ll guide little ones through our world-class program, helping them reach milestones and, most importantly, giving them the skills to stay safe in the water.

No experience? No problem. We aren't looking for professional athletes; we’re looking for extraordinary people. Whether you’re a student, a parent, or looking for a meaningful career change, we provide all the training you need to become a world-class teacher.

What’s in it for you?

Competitive Pay: Starting at £17.50 per hour Monday- Friday, and £22.50 at the weekend
World-Class Training: A fully supported journey, including a 6-day residential course in Devon and local mentoring.
Self - employed contract as a member of an LLP company with additional benefits
Free swimming lessons if you have children up to age 5 years
Fun & rewarding role

The Details:

5-8 hours per week
Saturdays in Reigate RH2 or Sundays in Norbury SW16
You must have a valid driving license and your own car
Are you prepared to complete our comprehensive training programme? This includes shadowed lessons, online modules, residential training, assessed teaching sessions, and obtaining lifeguarding and safeguarding qualifications. All qualifications are fully funded by Water Babies; however, please note that training time is unpaid you will receive a bonus on completion of training.
