We are seeking a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director based in the UK. This vital role supports executive operations and contributes to our company's mission of modern, inclusive financial services.
Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for the Managing Director.
Prepare and organise documents, reports, and correspondence.
Handle phone calls and email communications with professionalism.
Assist with data entry and maintain accurate records.
Support administrative tasks using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
Ensure smooth office operations through effective organizational skills.
Facilitate communication between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Prior experience supporting senior management is preferred.
