Assessment Delivery Officer NEBDN – National Examining Board for Dental Nurses Hybrid Working | Office Based

The Role

We're looking for a motivated and organised Assessment Delivery Officer to join our friendly team. Reporting to the Assessment Delivery Team Lead, you'll be at the heart of our assessment operations – ensuring our examinations run smoothly and that centres and learners receive the highest standard of service throughout.

This is a varied and rewarding role that would suit someone who thrives in a busy environment, takes pride in getting the details right, and genuinely cares about delivering an excellent experience for every stakeholder they work with.

What You'll Be Doing

Providing centres with the information and guidance needed to admit learners onto NEBDN assessments
Organising and administering examinations across our full qualification portfolio
Supporting the entries process and allocating examiners to assessment sessions
Assisting with the production of exam papers and marking sheets using NEBDN's exam software
Supporting the delivery of marking and the timely production of results
Assisting with the award of qualifications and distribution of certificates
Handling learner appeals in line with correct procedures
Monitoring exam equipment stock and placing orders where necessary
Contributing to the development of new assessment methods when required

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Qualifications to at least GCSE standard in Maths and English (or equivalent experience)
Strong administrative experience, ideally within an educational setting
Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent attention to detail and accurate data inputting
A proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
Experience delivering excellent customer service
A flexible approach, including willingness to work evenings and weekends when required
Ability to travel for business when required, including occasional overnight stays

Desirable:

Experience working with curricula, examination, or assessment plans
A full UK driving licence
