Full job description

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our growing organization. This is an exceptional opportunity for a quality-focused professional who is passionate about process improvement, operational excellence, and delivering outstanding customer outcomes. As a Quality Analyst, you will play a critical role in evaluating business processes, monitoring quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide data-driven insights, and influence strategic decisions that enhance efficiency, compliance, and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor, evaluate, and assess operational processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Conduct quality audits, reviews, and performance assessments across departments and functions.
Analyze quality metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
Develop and maintain quality assurance frameworks, scorecards, and reporting mechanisms.
Lead root cause analysis investigations and support corrective and preventive action initiatives.
Collaborate with management and operational teams to implement quality improvement strategies.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and customer requirements.
Prepare detailed quality reports and present findings to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Support training and coaching initiatives to promote quality best practices throughout the organization.
Drive continuous improvement projects that enhance customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and business performance.
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to audit readiness activities.

Essential Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Quality Management, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Quality Analysis, or Process Improvement roles.
Strong understanding of quality management systems, compliance frameworks, and auditing methodologies.
Experience conducting quality reviews, performance evaluations, and data analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and quality reporting tools.
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, ISO standards, or continuous improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
Relevant quality certifications are advantageous.
