Trainee Sales Associate
Chelmsford | Full-Time | Immediate Start Available

Looking for a fast-paced role where you can build confidence, meet new people, and gain real experience?

Brandora is growing our Chelmsford team and we’re looking for ambitious, outgoing individuals ready to kickstart a career in face-to-face sales.

This is a face to face sales role where you’ll represent exciting brands, speak directly with customers in local communities, and help create positive customer experiences. No experience? No problem — full training is provided from day one.

What You’ll Be Doing

Engaging with customers face-to-face in residential areas
Promoting products, services, and campaigns
Building rapport and delivering great customer experiences
Learning sales, communication, and customer service skills
Working within a motivated and supportive team environment
