About Us

We are seeking a proactive, bilingual Cleaning Team Supervisor to lead our daily operations, support our staff, and ensure our clients receive top-tier service.

What You Will Do (Main Duties & Responsibilities)Team Leadership & Operations

Supervise and direct daily activities for all cleaning teams.
Create and manage work schedules, rosters, and shift assignments.
Deliver hands-on support by assisting the team with first-time cleanings or specialized services.
Coordinate and implement staff training programs to keep team skills sharp.

Client Relations & Communication

Maintain excellent relationships with current and potential clients.
Respond promptly to inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, messages, and emails.
Schedule and conduct on-site visits to provide accurate cost estimates for new clients.

Quality Control & Administration

Perform daily audits of work and staff interactions to maintain premium standards.
Resolve operational issues quickly, professionally, and fairly.
Handle basic admin tasks including tracking invoices and managing staff wages.

Who You Are (Person Specification) Must-Have Qualifications

Language skills: Fluent in both English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
Experience: Solid professional cleaning experience is essential.
Communication: Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
