Automotive Videographer / Content Creator / Social Media Manager

North Loop Autohaus – Performance & Prestige Car Dealership
Location: Droitwich, Worcestershire
Role: Full Time

North Loop Autohaus is looking for a talented videographer, content creator and social media manager to help take our video content and online presence to the next level.

We specialise in carefully sourced performance, prestige and enthusiast cars, so we’re looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about cars and understands the performance car market. This role would suit someone who lives and breathes automotive content, follows car culture, understands what performs well online, and knows how to create videos that people actually want to watch.

The ideal candidate will be confident both behind the camera and in the conversation. A key part of the role will involve filming longer-form videos with the managing director, asking questions, keeping the conversation flowing naturally, and helping create engaging, entertaining and informative content around our stock, the business, car buying, ownership, preparation, and the wider performance car market.

A good sense of humour and a real passion for cars is essential. We want the content to feel natural, relatable and enjoyable, not overly scripted or corporate.

The Role

You will be responsible for planning, filming and editing high-quality video content for North Loop Autohaus, including longer-form YouTube-style videos and short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other social media channels.

You’ll need to be able to take longer videos and repurpose them into strong short-form clips, reels and highlights that are optimised for each platform.

This role will also involve helping us grow our audience, increase views, build subscribers and improve engagement across all social media channels.

Key Responsibilities

Filming high-quality automotive video content
Creating longer-form videos suitable for YouTube and similar platforms
Editing videos to a high standard with strong pacing, audio, colour, captions and overall production quality
Cutting long-form content into short-form clips for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts and other platforms
Being comfortable speaking behind the camera and asking questions directly to keep conversations flowing
Helping plan content ideas around performance cars, stock, behind-the-scenes dealership life, car buying advice and industry topics
Managing and growing social media channels
Understanding trends, hooks, thumbnails, titles, captions and what drives views
Creating content that is engaging, informative, entertaining and aligned with the North Loop Autohaus brand
Bringing ideas to the table and helping us develop a consistent content strategy

The Ideal Candidate

You should be:

Very enthusiastic about performance cars
Knowledgeable about car culture, performance models and the automotive market
Confident filming people, cars and behind-the-scenes content
Comfortable prompting conversation and asking questions during filming
Skilled at editing both long-form and short-form video content
Experienced in growing social media channels, views and subscribers
Creative, proactive and full of ideas
Reliable, organised and able to work to deadlines
Comfortable working in a fast-moving dealership environment
Able to bring humour, personality and energy to the content

Essential Requirements

Strong videography and editing skills
Experience creating high-quality video content
Ability to produce examples of previous videos you have filmed and edited
Strong understanding of short-form content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube Shorts
Good understanding of YouTube-style long-form content
Knowledge of how to grow views, engagement and subscribers
Genuine passion for performance cars
Good sense of humour

Desirable

Experience creating automotive content
Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand
Drone filming experience
Photography skills
Graphic design / thumbnail creation experience
Knowledge of paid social media advertising
