ROLE: Mobile Water Technician
LOCATION: Newcastle (Mobile)
SALARY: £31,000-£32,000 (aligned to capability, skills, experience and qualifications) See below for our additional benefits

We're looking for a Mobile Water Technician who will deliver water hygiene compliance and maintenance services across the North east of England.

Role Responsibilities

Completing a range of Legionella maintenance PPMs, remedial cleaning, sampling, chemical testing, and minor plumbing works.
Carrying out routine monitoring tasks in accordance with the Approved Code of Practice (ACoP) L8.
Maintaining customer water logbooks and completing all required documentation in line with company policy and regulatory guidelines.
Performing water system cleans and disinfections, including chlorinations, in line with ACoP L8 and Mitie procedures.
Testing, servicing, and maintaining thermostatic mixing valves (TMVs), and supporting basic plumbing tasks where required.

Required Qualifications

Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.

Previous experience in Compliance Servicing, Legionella Monitoring, or Water Treatment.
Applicants with limited or no direct experience are welcome, provided they have relevant transferable experience.
Advanced knowledge and experience of maintaining water systems is desirable.
