Full job description

This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of the dental practice's marketing strategy, the role is for an experienced Marketing professional to develop and implement the marketing strategy across the Dental Group for online and in practice marketing activity. This role reports into the business directors. A large part of the role will be working with the Practice Managers in the group planning, managing, implementing and reporting on marketing activity.

The role includes

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute marketing strategies aimed at generating new patient enquiries
Manage and optimise Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram ad campaigns
Implement and maintain SEO strategies to boost website visibility
Create and manage content for the website, social media platforms, and email campaigns
Monitor website performance and landing page conversions
Respond to and manage online reviews and reputation
Provide monthly reports on marketing performance, ROI, and lead generation
Collaborate with the practice team for promotions, events, and new treatment launches
Ensure consistency in branding, tone, and patient experience across all touchpoints
Website design and development
Content creation for email & social media campaigns to existing patients as well as reporting on performance.
Liaising with influencers to build the brand
Brand and corporate management

Key Requirements

Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and a consistent high standard of all marketing materials across the group
Knowledge and understanding of innovations and current trends within online marketing.
Experience in developing and implementing paid social and email marketing strategies across various platforms
You will be degree educated with ideally a specialism in marketing Or have a minimum of three years varied marketing experience ideally in the dentistry or healthcare sector.
Deep understanding of PPC, SEO, and social media marketing
Comfortable working independently with clear reporting and goal setting
Strong copywriting and content creation skills
Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and CRMs
This role is suited for a self employed individual that is able to commit to a minimum of 3 days working in our business across various sites.

Desirable:

Experience working with dental clinics or healthcare practices
Knowledge of dental treatments
Ability to produce visual content using tools like Canva, Adobe, or similar

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
