Traffic Stewards (Banksman) required for Silverworks Island on Friday 3rd July & Sunday 5th July and other various events within London this summer.
The Last Mile is a specialist provider of traffic, transport and pedestrian management services to events and venues.
We are looking for traffic staff who pride themselves on delivering a professional service to the highest standards. About the role:
- We deploy traffic stewards and operatives across events, festivals and venues
- You will be the face of our organisation to both the public and our clients
- You will be responsible for the safe and successful delivery of our site operations, working as part of both large and small teams
Traffic Stewards:
- Responsibilities may include directing vehicles, cars, and taxis through a parking or taxi operation
- Ensuring safe movement of vehicles through a site as part of a large event
- Ensuring safe movement of construction and production-related vehicles
Our ideal candidate would:
- Be flexible and able to work varied hours, across different sites
- Be organised and have a proven track record of managing your time
- Be a great team player
- Have great communication skills
- Be adaptable and willing to learn and develop in the role
Minimum and desirable qualifications:
- The minimum requirement for the role is the traffic marshall (banksman) ticket
