Job Summary
Signature Health & Fitness is looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and people-focused Member Experience Coach to join our growing team.

This is a part-time employed role for a coach who is passionate about delivering high-quality coaching, building strong member relationships and helping people achieve long-term results through Small Group Personal Training.

At Signature, we are more than just a gym. We are a coaching facility built around expert coaching, accountability, education and community. Our members come to us for structure, support and guidance, and our coaches play a key role in creating an environment where people feel welcomed, supported and confident.

The role will include delivering Small Group Personal Training sessions, supporting member check-ins, helping operate our member accountability systems and contributing to the overall member experience.

This position is ideal for a qualified coach who wants to grow within a supportive, high-standard coaching environment, with opportunities for development and future progression as the business continues to grow.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality Small Group Personal Training sessions
Coach members with professionalism, energy and care
Create a welcoming, supportive and positive training environment
Build strong relationships with members and help them feel part of the Signature community
Support members with accountability, consistency and long-term habit change
Complete weekly member check-ins and member support tasks
Conduct Tactic Builder Calls with members where required
Help operate and oversee our member check-in/traffic light system
Record useful member notes and communicate relevant updates with the team
Attend weekly team calls and development meetings
Support facility setup, reset and general gym floor standards
Maintain a clean, organised and professional training environment
Uphold the Signature coaching standards and member experience expectations
Contribute positively to the culture, community and ongoing growth of the business

Requirements

Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification
Level 3 Personal Training qualification
First Aid qualification preferred
Confident delivering coaching to individuals and small groups
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Friendly, professional and people-focused approach
Reliable, punctual and well-organised
Willingness to learn, develop and take feedback
Genuine passion for helping people improve their health, confidence and lifestyle
Ability to build rapport and create a positive member experience
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
Able to work split shifts, including early mornings and evenings
Comfortable completing admin/member support tasks around coaching hours
Positive attitude and desire to grow with the business long term

Pay: £13,520.00-£16,640.00 per year
