Location Great Abington, Cambridge CB21 6AD (Agile; approximately 2 days a week from our office)

The Vacancy

As the UK’s leading dementia research charity, we’re determined to stop this from becoming a reality. We’re working to revolutionise the way we treat, diagnose and prevent dementia. The Paralegal will support the Legal team by providing high-quality legal and governance assistance across a broad range of matters, including commercial contracts, data protection, charity governance, and compliance. This role will help ensure the organisation operates effectively, ethically, and in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, while supporting the charity’s wider mission and strategic objectives.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support the Legal & Compliance team with commercial contracts, including drafting, reviewing, redlining, and contract lifecycle management

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Law degree (or equivalent) and at least 2 years’ Paralegal or relevant legal support experience
