Overview
Are you ready to start a new chapter? New Chapter Pilates could be the right fit for you.

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our dynamic fitness team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sports coaching and teaching, with a solid understanding of human anatomy.

About us:

We are a NEW reformer Pilates studio in West London
We are not (yet) an established studio

Duties

Lead engaging Reformer Pilates classes tailored to various skill levels and individual needs
Develop customised workout programmes that emphasise correct technique and safety
Provide clear demonstrations and personalised guidance during sessions
Monitor client progress and offer constructive feedback to enhance performance
Maintain a clean and organised studio environment, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitised and set up before classes
Foster a welcoming atmosphere that encourages motivation, confidence, and enjoyment among clients
Stay informed about the latest Pilates techniques and industry best practices through ongoing professional development

Experience

Reformer Pilates qualification
Proven experience as a Pilates instructor specialising in Reformer classes
Strong background in sports coaching or physical education, with the ability to motivate diverse groups of clients
Demonstrable teaching skills with the capacity to adapt instructions for different ability levels

This role offers an excellent opportunity for dedicated professionals eager to share their expertise in a thriving wellness environment. Applicants should be enthusiastic about fostering positive client experiences while maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism.

Pay: £20.00-£30.00 per hour
