Full job description

Overview
We are seeking a confident and organised Lettings Negotiator/Administrator to join our vibrant team. This role is ideal for individuals who have some experience within the letting industry possess good communication and organisational skills.

You will be responsible for arranging viewings, administering rent reviews, arranging and conducting property inspections, conducting move out inspections, dealing with deposit releases, covering property repairs and ensuring the client is kept up to date with all progress.

Duties

Dealing with Customer enquiries and logging details onto the system
Deal with landlord/applicant enquiries
Arranging and conducting property inspection's and move outs
Keeping landlords updated
Administering rent reviews and managing renewal paperwork
Negotiating and managing deposit returns.
Covering property repairs and maintenance.

Qualifications

Previous letting experience.
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
Proficiency in using technology for property management
