Overview
We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Team Member to join our dynamic hospitality team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing outstanding service and support across various hotel departments. This paid position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within the hospitality industry, working in a welcoming environment that values teamwork and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Provide accurate information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Handle guest enquiries via phone and in person with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Assist guests with their requests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Support housekeeping, reception, or concierge teams as required to maintain smooth hotel operations.
Maintain a clean and organised work environment at all times.
Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of guest service are consistently delivered.
Uphold the hotel's brand standards and policies at all times.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to assist a diverse range of guests.
Excellent communication skills with strong phone etiquette.
Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest services with a friendly and professional demeanour.
Organised, adaptable, and able to work effectively within a team setting.
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as required. This role offers an engaging environment for individuals passionate about hospitality, where your skills will be valued and developed through ongoing training and support. Pay: £12.71-£13.00 per hour
