As part of our continued growth, we're looking for a Client Onboarding Coordinator to join our Conveyancing Department.

The Role
As a Client Onboarding Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring every new client receives an excellent first impression of Burgh Thorpe Solicitors.
You'll manage the onboarding process from the point a new instruction is received, ensuring new matters are opened efficiently, compliance requirements are completed promptly and files are ready for our conveyancing team to begin legal work.
You'll play a vital role in helping transactions get off to the best possible start.
Key Responsibilities
- Opening new conveyancing files using our case management system.
- Carrying out client onboarding, including identity verification and anti-money laundering checks.
- Sending client care packs, engagement letters and initial documentation.
- Requesting and reviewing information required to satisfy onboarding requirements.
- Liaising with clients by telephone and email to obtain outstanding information.
- Ensuring all compliance requirements are completed accurately before files are passed to the legal team.
- Updating our case management system with accurate information and notes.
- Working closely with conveyancers to ensure new matters are ready to progress without delay.
- Providing an outstanding level of client service throughout the onboarding process.
- Supporting continuous improvements to our onboarding procedures.
About You
Legal experience is not required. Experience in administration, customer service or other office-based roles would be highly transferable. Full training will be provided.
